On Campus North and Campus East, this is done as representative of the client KIT, on Campus South and Campus West as representative of the users towards the Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg (VBA) as representative of the owner: The state of Baden-Württemberg. Facility Management (FM)
The Business Unit Facility Management (FM) works closely with Business Unit Planning and Construction Projects (PB). It takes care of fault clearance and maintenance of the buildings, their building systems and building services installations.

The Business Unit Property Management (IM) works closely with Business Unit Planning and Construction Projects (PB). By means of actual/target analysis of Business Unit IM, it is determined whether and how the demand for buildings develops.
