Facility Management (FM)

 

The Business Unit Facility Management (FM) works closely with Business Unit Planning and Construction Projects (PB). It takes care of fault clearance and maintenance of the buildings, their building systems and building services installations.

The department Property Management (FLM) works closely with Business Unit Planning and Construction Projects (PB). It is the central organizational unit responsible for the management of all properties across the KIT locations.
