Welcome to Planning and Construction Projects (PB)
When new buildings are required, or existing buildings are to be converted or renovated, the process from the initial idea to the finished building is usually long.
Many questions have to be clarified, taking into acoount internal and external stakeholders, such as funding bodies, authorities, Property Management (SE4-FLM) or users.
Our activities do not only include the construction project itself. The associated technical systems within the buildings, for example, must also be planned and positioned.
A multitude of questions concerning the complex topic of construction require contact persons with professional expertise and know-how. For this purpose, our PB team includes architects, civil engineers and specialist engineers/technicians.
Should you require a constructional measure, please first undergo the internal approval process with your divisional management directors and the DE Property Management (SE4-FLM) to clarify your requirements. In case of technical malfunctions, please first contact Service Desk (SD) to issue a ticket.
In brief
Who are we?
Our Business Unit belongs to the Service Division Infrastucture. We are subordinate to the Vice President Operations.
What do we do?
We are responsible for the coordination of planning procedures with the authorities in connection with KIT construction matters. We develop and implement technical and constructional standards in coordination with the Facility Management (FM).
Furthermore, Business Unit PB contributes its planning and construction expertise to structural development planning and project developments.
